Dit ben jij:


  • Diploma: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, bedrijfskunde of gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Ervaring: Bewezen track record als talent acquisition officer of vergelijkbare HR-rol.
  • Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van Engels, Nederlands en Frans (lezen, schrijven en conversatie).
  • Hard Skills: Uitgebreide kennis van Office.
  • Teamspeler: Motiveert collega's en werkt graag samen.
  • Communicatie: Duidelijke, overtuigende en gestructureerde communicatie naar diverse stakeholders.
  • Empathie: Begrijpt perspectieven en gevoelens van anderen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Past zich snel aan nieuwe omstandigheden aan.
  • Gedrevenheid: Proactieve, resultaatgerichte en kalmte in stressvolle situaties.
  • Plezier: Stralend enthousiasme en optimisme, zelfs in uitdagende situaties.
